Orders can only be modified or canceled within 6 hours of placing them. After that, the order is processed for shipping.We will confirm your order via call and WhatsApp message before dispatching.

How do I initiate an exchange?

To request an exchange, email us at Info@jaipurblossom.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and product images (if damaged or incorrect item received).

Who bears the return shipping cost?

If the exchange is due to a damaged or incorrect product, we will arrange a free pickup. For size exchanges, the customer needs to ship the item back to us.
